Join our Miller team on a unique Weekend Shift. Work just three 12-hour shifts per week (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and get paid for 40 hours—plus earn a weekend shift differential! Day Shift is 4am-4pm and Night Shift is from 4pm-4am.

Job Summary
We are seeking passionate, qualified Welders at our Sandy Lick manufacturing plant located in Brookville, PA. This position will be responsible for performing welds on component parts, inspecting completed welds to ensure good quality per customer requirements and assembling parts utilizing fixtures or blueprints.
Welders will be required to pass welding certifications on all procedures requested within our customer requirements.
Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Some welding experience (6-12 months or through formal education) preferred along with ability to pass internal welding certifications prior to start date.
Responsibilities
- Complete all job tasks in a safe manner & prioritize the safety and well-being of all team members by following all safety policies and procedures.
- Proficient at welding and assembly provided by all levels of assemblers.
- Use welding tools to weld metals.
- Enter accurate data into job tracking and quality software programs.
- Proficiently uses inspection tools, records the measurements on inspection sheets and understands the impact dimensions have on part quality and function.
- Performs all weld functions in the production shop, excluding robotic applications.
- Ability to repair parts that fail inspection.
- Ability to weld product that is not fixtured.
- Ability to weld product that is located on positioners.
- Ability to foster a positive team environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and management.
