We are seeking a Project Manager at our Company headquarters in Brookville, PA. This position, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, is the primary liaison between the customer and Miller Fabrication Solutions for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and product quality. This role manages projects through all stages, from inception to completion, focusing on manufacturability, customer satisfaction, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, cost, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure alignment with customer specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
- Communicate project progress and updates to customers regularly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering project management, or account management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and CAD/CAM software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on blueprint and technical drawing interpretation.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of GD&T tolerancing.
- Expertise in supply chain management and manufacturing methods.
